used car, focusing on safety, reliability and affordability. Over the
years, we have constantly been marketing, selling and servicing
automobiles for clients who span across various walks of life.
Job Objective:
To
focus on sales development and relationship building through the
promotion and sales of goods and services and the retention of
customers.
To sell a full range of Group products and
services to existing and prospective customers while providing
specialized customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Drives the growth of the organization through sales and marketing activities of all Group products/services.
- Maintain an awareness of the various Strategic Business Units’ market segments and develop an understanding of support each market.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals on Automobiles, Inverters and its accessories, etc as set by management utilizing sales skills appropriate for each Company’s market segment. (i.e. cold calling versus calling campaigns to an already established customer base).
- Oversee the complete sales and delivery process of all product following approved guidelines.
- Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered by the Group Company, taking responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further development needs.
- Promote company products and services by regularly soliciting internal customers for expanded business and referrals, to assist in the continuing growth of the Company.
- Initiate and maintain customer contact through a variety of methods, including but not limited to customer interaction on the line and platform, telemarketing, and attending various seminars and community events.
- Maintain the sales environment, and actively participate in regular sales meetings, the execution of sales contests, monthly Blitzes and other motivational activities.
- Establish close relationships with assigned business partners, such as the Sales Executives, to ensure that established goals for each SBU are met.
- Provide guidance to other team members on strategies that can be adopted increase sales
- Provide a customer experience that is consistent across all SBUs, in terms of efficiency of service/product delivery, customer satisfaction, loyalty, ensuring retention by providing a differentiated experience from other providers and professional resolution of problems/issues in the Industry.
- Design workshops, trade shows, seminars and other networking events to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry and to all the company’s businesses together.
- Source for clients and generate leads for sales or partnerships for respective business units.
- Proactively identify and report on potential revenue streams and new market opportunities for each subsidiary.
Requirements

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
- Five to Seven years work experience
- Similar experience in Group Companies is strongly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or marketing with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience.
- A good working knowledge of the different industries is an added advantage
- A post graduate degree in business management/administration will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to cross sell to new and established customers.
- Must present a professional demeanor.
- An advanced level of written and oral communication skills must be demonstrated.
- Must demonstrate the ability to develop a strong working knowledge of MS office package
