Job Objective
- To sell and market Phlemin products and services.
- To develop the Phlemin brand and increase its visibility in the market through advertisements, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, etc.
Responsibilities
- Drives the growth of the organization through sales and marketing activities.
- Responsible for the compilation of customers’ requisition and a detailed list of prospective customers on a daily basis.
- Responsible for generation of sales lead and prospects.
- Creates awareness for the company and its products and services through field campaign.
- Carry out research and provides information on market needs that will enable the organisation develop new products.
- Liaise with prospective, new and existing customers on issues as affects sales and customer service.
- Ensure prompt and effective delivery of products.
- Drive the company’s sales revenue growth.
- Responsible for generation of sales lead and prospects.
- Work in line with the Chief Marketing Officer on visitation/activity and schedule/plan to facilitate realisation of the departmental targets on a timely basis.
- Conduct extensive market research and intelligent gathering of customers and competitors information.
- Collate and analyse sales data and generate periodic sales reports
- Responsible for direct and indirect sales while ensuring sales targets contribute to the overall company’s revenue targets per period.
- Maintain proper records of customers’ transactions.
- Resolve customers’ complaints promptly on sales or other related transactions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and cordial relationship with customers.
- Ensure walk-in customers enjoy excellent customer service by providing assistance in selecting the right merchandise that suites their needs.
- Liaise with new and existing customers on issues affecting sales and customer satisfaction.
- Promote the company brand and endeavour to enhance the company’s image through appearance and behaviour.
- Attend workshops, trade shows, seminars and other networking events for the sales department to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry and to meet prospects.
Requirement
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the company’s products and services

- Oral & Written Communication skills

- Sound ethics and integrity.
- Good appreciation and working knowledge of office productivity tools.
