MANCHESTER UNITED, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham have been given a boost in their pursuit of German international star Christoph Kramer.
Christoph Kramer won't be joining Real Madrid
Real Madrid had been heavily linked with a move for the Borussia Monchengladbach loan star as they look to replace Sami Khedira.
And
that was set to cause heartbreak for the quartet of Premier League
clubs who had hoped to bring the player to England at the end of the
season.
But the player's agent insists that his
client's plan remains to return to parent club Bayer Leverkusen at the
end of the season.
Indeed, Von Bruch insists that there is no option for Kramer to make a move to Madrid.
Von Bruch said: "Christoph is concentrated on Gladbach at the moment and from the summer, he has a contract with Leverkeusen.
"Real Madrid is not an option."
Borussia
Monchengladbach are keen to hold onto Kramer but Leverkusen are
similarly keen to have the player back after two years away from the
club on loan.
It now remains to be seen whether
any of United, Chelsea, Arsenal or Spurs can persuade Leverkusen to
change their stance come the end of the season.
